Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment  We offer free delivery for all orders in the UK, however if you prefer express delivery an additional cost will be applied. Shipping to countries outside UK mainland will be charged at the relevant cost.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns if they are returned within 30 days of receipt in an unused, brand new resaleable condition in full original packaging including any free items apart from underwear which is non returnable due to hygiene reasons.All product packaging and certificates of authenticity/tags must be returned with the product.

Any product(s) returned without all original packaging and certificates of authenticity/tags will be rejected. Any product(s) that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

All clothing must be returned in an unworn (and unstretched), unwashed state complete in their original packaging with undamaged tags still attached.

All bedding products must be returned in an unopened, unwashed state complete in its original packaging (including all inner packaging) with undamaged licensed header card and plastic sleeve.

Please enclose a note stating the reason for the return and your name and address.

A Certificate of Posting (free of charge) should be obtained in order to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return processPlease note that unless the returned item is deemed to be faulty, any refund will not include cost of the original postage and any refunds of postage must be agreed by ourselves at time of returns request

Postage for returned items will be at the buyer’s expense.

If an exchange is required the cost of sending out a replacement will be at the buyer's expense.
